On December 31, 2022, the China Food Systems Action Hub hosted the 2023 New Year Good Food Earth Relay. With the theme "A Farewell Dinner for 2022", the event invited more than 50 guests from all over the world to participate in a round-the-world video relay showing off their healthy and diverse plant-based New Year's Eve dinners and sharing the stories and local customs behind them. The livestream continued for over 12 hours and was supported by Tencent News, Xiaokang, Baidu, and other media platforms. More than 450,000 people tuned in to the livestream and watch the replays.
