Project description
Adopting a project-based learning approach, the Foodbless Class combines nature education and food education by guiding children to explore food ingredients in a natural environment and learn food pairing principles and basic cooking skills. The program also introduces the "food as medicine" concept from traditional Chinese culture, using local food culture as the spark to ignite children's curiosity about food and develop their ability to identify, investigate, analyze, and solve problems.
Project impact
Over the past four years, the Foodbless Class program has already completed more than 300 online and offline classes, accumulated a community of 1,000 people, and influenced more than 2,000 families to change the way they think about food.
