Project description
ZOO COFFEE has a comprehensive nationwide sales and display network of 200 coffee brands, western food brands, hotels, farms, and animal science centers.
ZOO COFFEE integrates the concept of wildlife conservation into the restaurant decor, menu design, and various promotional activities, exposing consumers to the idea of protecting animals throughout the whole dining experience. In 2021, ZOO GROUP launched a "wildlife conservation menu" in all its stores. For every single item sold on this menu, ZOO will donate 20% of the sales revenue to wildlife conservation organizations.
In addition, ZOO COFFEE is one of the few restaurant chains in China that is committed to purchasing high-welfare animal products and phasing out the use of cage-farmed eggs in its stores by 2025. ZOO COFFEE also plans to actively promote cage-free eggs within the company and among industry peers and gradually establish partnerships with more cage-free egg suppliers.
