Student Group MMVW Advocates Plant-based Diets by Introducing Plant-based Meat to their School Cafeteria

Abstract

At THSI, the MMVW student project team is committed to promoting the environmental benefits of plant-based diets and consistently practices this lifestyle every Monday and Wednesday. MMVW has also actively facilitated collaboration between the school’s cafeteria operator and a plant-based meat brand. Through ongoing communication and feedback with the cafeteria, they have ensured the successful and sustained operation of the plant-based meat option every Wednesday.
