Project description

GFIC focuses on developing the alternative protein field and related industries in China. Last year, GFIC launched its Alternative Protein Talent Program. This year it launched the Alternative Proteins Academy - an alternative protein education platform. The Academy offers a variety of classes and learning resources, as well as an Alternative Protein Symposium, Alternative Protein Research News, Alternative Protein Library, and more. As the resource base in the field of alternative protein,  The Academy provides a suite of educational resources, from basic information to the science and technology of alternative proteins, training programs, and domestic and international research findings.

Project features

China's alternative protein industry is poised for growth, but there is currently a shortage of experienced talent within the industry, and people from related backgrounds are unsure how to enter the industry. GFIC's Alternative Proteins Academy integrates global knowledge about the alternative protein industry with localized Chinese contexts, building a local community and creating diversified content that effectively engages potential talents in the field of alternative protein. This program offers a promising pathway to enrich China's research and expertise in alternative proteins.
